By accessing or using ArtHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Artists are solely responsible for ensuring they own or have the right to sell any artwork listed on the Platform. By listing a piece, you confirm that the work is original, does not infringe on any third-party rights, and that you have the legal right to transfer ownership to a buyer.
Artists must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts. ArtHub is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete Stripe onboarding.
Venues are responsible for maintaining the safety and condition of artwork displayed on their premises. By accepting a display proposal, venues agree to house the artwork for the agreed period and to promptly notify ArtHub of any damage or theft.
ArtHub charges a 5% platform fee on all sales. When artwork is sold while on display at a venue, an additional 15% venue commission applies. Artists always receive their full asking price — all fees are added on top for the buyer. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. ArtHub is not liable for Stripe service interruptions.
You may not use ArtHub to list or sell content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. ArtHub reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account at its sole discretion.
ArtHub is a marketplace and is not a party to transactions between artists, venues, and buyers. We may assist with dispute resolution at our discretion but are not obligated to do so. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
