We collect information you provide directly (name, email, bio, location, profile photo) and information generated by your use of the Platform (artworks uploaded, proposals made, messages sent). Authentication is handled by Clerk and payment data by Stripe — we do not store raw passwords or payment card numbers.
We use your information to operate the Platform, process transactions, send transactional emails (order confirmations, proposal notifications), and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
ArtHub uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Your name, profile photo, bio, location, and listed artworks are publicly visible on the Platform. Your email address, phone number, and payment details are never shown publicly.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@arthubcommunity.org. We will respond within 30 days.
We use cookies for authentication sessions (managed by Clerk) and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Platform functionality.
